Target Group
This is the first of two examination papers undertaken
over two days by delegates who have completed the
ten days of the ITIL Service Manager’s Certificate
course (course codes ITILSMCSS and ITILSMCSD). This
examination paper covers topics within Service Support
and is undertaken during the afternoon of the first
day of examinations.
Public Course Price
£ 380.00 plus VAT (this examination fee covers both examination
papers).
Exam entry requirements
To undertake the Manager’s Certificate in IT Service Management exam, delegates must already hold the Foundation Certificate. Delegates must also have completed the ITIL Service Manager’s Certificate courses for Service Support and Service Delivery. A 50% pass mark is required for both examination papers to successfully be awarded the qualification.
On-site Examinations
The exam is also offered as an on-site option if the
Service Support and Service Delivery courses have
been delivered on-site. If this option is selected,
there is a separate invigilation cost of £750.00
plus VAT, which covers the invigilation fee for both
examination papers across the two days.
