This course is based upon the new ITIL V3 Service Management Best Practices known as the IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL). This 1 day training course leads to the ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management. Candidates will gain up to date knowledge on:
- The new content of ITIL V3 as main focus for the Foundation Bridge course
- Understand the major differences between V2 and V3 concepts and terminology
- Undertake the ITIL V2-V3 Foundation Bridge examination

Examination for ITIL V2-3 Foundation Bridge Examination
Candidates will undertake the new ITIL Bridge Examination multiple choice examination and will be tested upon Part 1 ad Part 2 of the syllabus.
The multiple choice examination is undertaken in the afternoon, at the end of the one day course. There are 20 multiple choice questions to be undertaken in the 30 minute closed book examination. A pass mark of 65% is required in order to be awarded the ITIL Foundation Bridge Certificate.
ITIL V2-3 Foundation Bridge Examination Results
The results will be received directly by candidates approximately 2-3 weeks following the examination.
