This is a one day course. This course is preceded by both Service Support (ITILSMCSS) and Service Delivery (ITILSMCSD) courses.

Target Group
IT Service Support Managers, IT Service Delivery Managers, IT Consultants, IT Project Managers and IT Programme Managers who are preparing to undertake the Service Manager examination.

Exam and entry requirements
Delegates will receive the live exam case study during the Service Support week of training prior to the revision day.

  • Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management
  • Service Support and Service Delivery courses
