EXIN exam and entry requirements

In-Course Assessments and Assignments
This course is case study based combining lectures
with individual and group assignments. Daily examination
questions in preparation for the Service Manager’s
examination are provided. Part of the examination
process is made up of an assessment
whereby the course provider evaluates the delegate
during the course.
The in-course assessment is an EXIN requirement forming
an integral part of the course and consists of daily completion of overall
assessment chart by two course directors with feedback to the delegate. At
the end of the week the assessment chart is completed and signed off by both
course provider and exam candidate.

Revision and Examination Preparation
Day (course code ITILRD)
The revision day
utilises the live exam case study.
Candidates will
undertake a mock exam paper
in order to prepare for the ITIL Service
Manager examination. Throughout
the day candidates will be able to review,
question and
develop strategies for
final
examination preparation.
This revision day is
recommended at least one week before the examination
