Exam and entry requirements
Delegates will receive the syllabus indicating pre requisite knowledge, skill and practical experience required to undertake the Service Manager’s course.

  • Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management
  • 5 years’ experience working in an IT environment

Revision and Examination Preparation Day (course code ITILRD)
The revision day utilises the live exam case study. Candidates will undertake a mock exam paper in order to prepare for the ITIL Service Manager examination. Throughout the day candidates will be able to review, question and develop strategies for final examination preparation.

This revision day is recommended at least one week before the examination dates. Please see dates on the Training Course Schedule.
